I hope we never forget. When a Minneapolis police officer killed George Floyd on May 25, 2020, it was like seeing a public lynching. The world was outraged by the viral footage of Floyd's final eight minutes and forty-six seconds of life, in which he begged for his life. We'll always remember that eerie picture.
